The Site Rush is an online course that shows you how to buy and sell website Real Estate. You may think this isn't very profitable, but let me tell you it is indeed. It's actually so profitable, people do this Full Time and never have to work another day in their life. "Flipping" websites is just the same as purchasing a cheap home, hotel, or condo, then fixing it up to resell it for more than what you paid. Plus you want to add as much value as possible, so you can get the best return on investment. The Site Rush tells you exactly how you can do this, but with websites. Let me just set up a little example for you so you can understand this a little better. Let's say you purchase a used website that has to do with "Dog Training" and it didn't cost that much because it wasn't a really good site and wasn't getting a lot of traffic. We'll say you purchased this site for $100. Now what you want to do is fill the site with loads of information content and you can do this by hiring some writers. Purchase about 10 articles for the site, and of course make sure the design is appealing and goes with the whole "Dog Training" concept. Now, this will cost us around $200. or so. The next step in the process is to drive traffic to the site from various places, like the search engines, other sites, etc. Once you have a steady flow of targeted traffic to the site, then it's time to sell it. You can sell this website on a numerous amount of places on the web and most popular seems to be Site Point . This is a place where you can auction off your website, kind of like eBay. If you have provide solid proof of the traffic that the site is getting, then you could sell the site for, let's say $700. Now, the more traffic the site gets, then the more money you will make. You can also calculate the website cost by how much money you are making every month. So if you are making about $500. every month from the website, then you can sell it for about 6 months of monthly profit, which would be about $3,000.
